Buyer requires offers in USD per MT (CIF & FOB), gross including buyer-side commission. Must include seller’s past inspection report for verification. Upon agreement, buyer will issue ICPO with bank details, followed by NCNDA+IMFPA counter-signed for contract finalization. Destination Port: ASWP (Any Safe World Port).
