Importing an offer on SalesHalls is simple and transparent. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:
1. Click the Import Button
At the bottom of each offer, you’ll see a button with an import icon.
Clicking this button will automatically create a trade route request.
2. Trade Route Request Is Created
Once you click “Import”, your request will appear in your dashboard.
This request includes the target company, the product in question, and a relevance score (important — see note below).
3. Await Approval
The selected company will receive your trade route request.
If they choose to accept it, you can move on to direct communication.
4. Discuss Terms
Once the request is accepted, you can negotiate directly, via the built-in chat or any other communication channel you prefer.
You’re free to define quantities, payment terms, delivery details, and other conditions.
5. Activate the Trade Route
If both parties reach an agreement, either one can click “Activate Trade Route” directly from the chat.
This confirms the deal on the platform.
6. Route Auto-Closes on Set Date
At the agreed-upon date, the trade route closes automatically.
Each party will be asked to provide feedback on the exchange.
7. Rewards & Penalties
Based on the feedback, you may receive rewards if all went well, or penalties if there were issues.
This affects your overall reputation on SalesHalls.
⚠️ Important: Your Trade Route Score Is Public
When you send a trade route request, it comes with a score indicating how relevant or solid it is.
The receiving company can see this score, and if it’s low, your request is more likely to be rejected.
👉 Tip: Make sure your profile is complete, and your request is clearly targeted before hitting “Import”.
